Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bluebird Ai, our flagship product operated by 16107818 Canada Inc., operating as Bluebird Business Consulting (“Bluebird Ai”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Our Service

Bluebird Ai provides AI-generated, lender-ready business plans for Canadian small businesses and startups. Plans are created using advanced AI and delivered as professional PDF documents. Bluebird Ai is available at BluebirdBusinessConsulting.com and TryBlueBird.ai.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Standard price: $149 per business plan

  • Launch special: $89 (during promotional period)

  • Payments are processed securely. All sales are final unless a technical failure prevents delivery.

3. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the information you provide.

  • We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the generated business plan for your own purposes.

  • We retain rights to our underlying prompts, system instructions, and workflows.

4. Accuracy and Disclaimers

Our business plans are generated based on the information you supply. While we aim for high quality:

  • We do not guarantee the plan will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

  • The generated plan is not legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice.

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and validating the plan before using it with lenders, investors, or government agencies.

  • We are not liable for any outcomes or losses resulting from the use of the generated plan.

5. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your input data at any time. We will delete all identifiable copies within 7 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 16107818 Canada Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
